Personal Description: I am a young and enthusiastic Teacher with excellent language skills and knowledge. I speak both French and Spanish with a near native accent. I am dedicated to keeping my languages skills and cultural knowledge up to date and spent this summer in a Languages School in Spain.

Tutoring Experience: I have over 4 years experience of teaching languages in Secondary Schools from Key stage 3 to sixth form. I currently teach French and Spanish to GCSE at a Languages College. A recent tutee of mine achieved a grade A at GCSE after being predicted a B in her mock exams.

Tutoring Approach: I am passionate about teaching Languages and pride myself on my engaging teaching style. At the heart of my pedagogy is an emphasis on creating opportunities for REAL communication in the foreign language. For younger learners I use games and songs to make learning fun and accessible.

My level of oral fluency enables my students to develop excellent speaking skills. I have excellent ICT skills and will be able to provide a range of ICT resources to allow tutees to extend their learning independently.

• Teaching qualificiation - PGCE MFL Nottingham University
• French BA (hons) Nottingham University - with a distinction in spoken French. Subsiduary modules in Spanish language and literature and Japanese.
• A-Level French and Spanish (A Grades)
