Personal Description: Aged 24, I graduated in 2007 with a Masters in physics and now working for a reputable company within the nuclear industry as a graduate physicist.
I am looking to tutor because I want to share the knowledge obtained in what I class as the most academic subjects, namely physics, maths and chemistry.

Tutoring Experience: Admittedly, I have somewhat limited teaching experience, hence very competitive rates. Despite this I am sure I possess the attributes of a good teacher ...friendly, enthusiastic and patient.

Tutoring Approach: My aim is to adapt my approach depending on the tutees needs. Firstly, if not apparent, I will attempt to stir and develop an interest of the subject as this can be overshadowed in the classroom environment. Being 24, it was not so far into the past that I was learning, I still am in fact, I can therefore hopefully relate to the tutee. In my view a clear distinction exists, that is, mathematical sciences can be taught, or they can be learnt and understood. I will tailor my approach depending on the tutees needs, attitude and ability.

Qualifications:

• MPhys. A-level Physics, Maths, Chemistry. GCSE Science, Maths.
