Personal Description: I started my job at Ivybridge Community College in September as a French and Spanish teacher after doing my PGCE at Marjon, Plymouth

Tutoring Experience: I took part in both levels of the Student Associates Scheme, a scheme run by Plymouth City Council to allow young people to gain an insight into teaching. I then taught for 8 months in Pamplona, Spain, and am now doing a PGCE course. My first placement school was at Sir John Hunt Communtiy Sports College and my second was at Plymouth High School for Girls

Tutoring Approach: I am a firm but fair tutor, but I think the most important approach I have to teaching is based on fun. I am a people person and enjoy communcating with others

Qualifications:

• BA Hons Spanish and French degree from Exeter University
• PGCE from Marjon
