Personal Description: I am currently working within a secondary school in Falkirk as Pupil Transition Support For Learning assistant. I have completed an BA general in Arts, mainly History.
I am currently sitting a second degree in Politics, with the hope to go on to undetake the P.G.C.E to enable me to teach in History and Modern Studies.

Tutoring Experience: I have been working within a secondary school so i have invaluable experience of working alongside young adults. As part of my first degree i completed the first year courses in Education. I was also lucky enough to undertake work experience in a secondary school (college) in the midlands which gave valuable experience of observing and helping within the classroom. I have also recently been tutoring a sixth year pupil in History.

Tutoring Approach: I have an informal and highly pupil centred approach to tutoring. I offer further support and encouragement in areas where the tutee feels they require support. Past exam papers will also be expected to be undertaken which enables to identify and plan lessons to help with areas where there could be improvment made.
