Personal Description: Since 2003 I have worked outside of the classroom doing private tuition, writing educational resources for publishers, and other organisations.

Tutoring Experience: I worked in adult education and then Sixth Form Colleges for over 10 years, before taking a career break to raise my family. I have extensive teaching experience, after several years at York Sixth Form College I took promotion to be the Head of Psychology at Scarborough Sixth Form College. During my 4 years there I gained a Grade 1 on my teaching during an OFSTED inspection.

Tutoring Approach: The latest student I gave 1-2-1 support to went from a grade U to a grade B on her AS module.

• MA Women's Studies
• D32/D33 in Further Education
