Personal Description: PERSONAL INTERESTS:
Currently studying for Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering in my free time via Open University.
I was one of the founding members of the university Canoe Club Committee - dealing with training the 1st year students how to roll and other support strokes.

Football, badminton, squash and swimming to help build upper body strength for paddling (canoeing)

ACHIEVEMENTS:
Class representative for HND Electrical engineering class which involved sitting at Engineering School Dean meetings and suggesting improvements in cause, problem solving
Outstanding Engineering Student award (value of £375)
Awarded the Personal development award winner in Tunbridge Wells & Sevenoaks
Completed World Challenge Expedition to South Africa in a team of 15. Took part in planning, leading and funding the trip. Raised £3000 myself to go.
Voted by my School and Sevenoaks elections to stand as a member of the Kent Youth Parliament & then later voted onto the SE Area UKYP
Gained all 3 Duke of Edinburgh awards. Sports, Service, Skill, Expedition and Residential Project sections

I was developing and implementing improvements to exiting in service equipment and researching future concepts and techniques. This includes carry technical evaluation trails, systems engineering, prototyping, test and measurement, report progressing and providing technical advice to customers and user groups. Also liaising with industry partners

Tutoring Experience: At university I help my class friends with revision and explaining the questions. I talk through question with my friends
At work i help my team mates witrh there their work, and advise the customer on what technolgy is.
Tutoring Approach: I break the subject down into chapter. I follow the text book chapter breifly talk other the subject then work through an example together and give the child some questions to do.
