Tutoring Approach: I know from experience that, with a bit of encouragement and some key guiding questions, students can discover a treasure of knowledge that lies dormant within themselves, or can use the information and abilities that they have as the pieces of a puzzle, in constructing the answers pursued. And when they find the answer to a difficult question under such guidance, their confidence is boosted and the respective information is easily remembered later, while the involvement and motivation in learning are dramatically increased.
