Personal Description: I am 24 years old, married with a 3 year old little girl. I have been a Primary School teacher for the last two years after completing a four year Primary Teaching degree. I thouroughly enjoy teaching and know how much children benefit from extra help one to one. I am an understanding person who works with children in a kind and patient way. I am also CRB checked.

Tutoring Experience: I have been teaching Reception and Year 1 children for the past two years and throughout my teacher training. I am also tutoring at the moment on the ten week one-to-one tutoring scheme through school. This is working with a pupil for higher level Year 6 Maths before they take their SATS.

Tutoring Approach: I have a calm and consistent apporach to teaching and believe that each child is an individual. The tutoring would be tailored to the individual with no long term plan. I believe it is important to plan and evaluate the learning after each session to ensure the best progress. I like to teach using an interactive and fun approach and cater for all learnign styles.

Qualifications:

• Primary Education with QTS specialising in Early Years BA(hons)
• A levels in Maths, Psychology and Biology
• AS level Chemistry
