Personal Description: In a nutshell, I'm a friendly Italian tutor, I majored in French at University and I moved to the UK 3 years ago.
Speaking English, Italian, French and bits of Spanish and being educated to a Master’s level, I have always been enthusiastic about working in the education sector, more specifically within language training.
I am fully qualified as I hold a first-class bachelor in Modern Foreign Languages (University of Milan, Italy) and an MA in European Studies (UCL, London), but most of all I'm passionate about linguistics and always updating my skills.

Tutoring Experience: Teaching is not a new experience for me as I started to work as a part-time tutor 6 years ago.
I've continued to teach part-time throughout all my studies and work career, teaching firstly younger learners and then adults. I am now in a full-time position as an educational administrator within a language school, which is giving me an invaluable insight on the work of other teachers, progammes and languages.
Through this website in particular, I am currently tutoring three adult/casual learners.

Tutoring Approach: Despite having more than 5 years experience, I know teaching a language can offer new challenges each day and know the importance of adapting my approach to the students' needs and requirements.
I totally encourage interactive classes, using a hands-on approach, using visual material, reading newspapers from foreign press and trying to let the student speak as much as they can. I do provide all my students with the lesson plan for the hour we will spend together to give them a better idea of what they will learn. I also provide all course material as I have created my own collection of lessons including speaking, reading and grammar activities.

• 1st class bachelor in Modern Foreign Languages at The Catholic University of Milan
• Master in European Studies at UCL (London)
