Personal Description: I am a married man with a wife and three adult children. I am an organist and composer and have written a book on harmony directed specifically at A Level and University Students. My interests are cycling, photography and hiking.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught for over 35 years from junior level to A Level and University. I have taught, organ, piano and brass.

Tutoring Approach: I enjoy teaching on a tutorial basis. My focus is on practical music where I cover a section and then expect the student to revise and apply the princiles covered. This is very much the emphasis of my Harmony book.
