Personal Description: Pretty boring Really. Teacher type.

Not really. I am easy going, and don't get frustrated or cross, but at the same time i am focused, and if i feel you are wasting my time (or your money), i will simply say so! I'm more expensive than most tutors, but then i'm far better qualified than most tutors....and i hope better at what i do.

Tutoring Experience: Have taught English in China and Thailand. Have tutored in A’Level History and English, as well as at undergraduate level. Spent a lot of time working with students preparing for university interviews, in London and throughout the country.

Specialisms include early modern and American history, religious and cultural history, C19 English and Gothic literature, and increasingly mythology.

Tutoring Approach: I don't have an 'approach to tutoring'; I tailor the way I teach to the student in mind. This will depend on your particular strengths, weaknesses and how far you are looking to take your studies, be it A’Level or beyond.

Qualifications:

• BA History Oxon 1st class.
• MA Law
• S'Level English
