Personal Description: I am 26 years old and have been teaching A level and GCSE English at sixth form college for three years, in which time my results have far surpassed national pass rates. I have a passion for English, and see it as crucial to the success of my students in their later lives and careers.

Tutoring Experience: I have a wide range of experience turning around failing classes, as well as challenging high achieving students. In my time spent in a college, I have taught a wide age range and specialise in teaching difficult students, as well as pushing very bright pupils. Since I began teaching at my institution, English pass-rates have received a 20% upwards leap in two years.

Tutoring Approach: Besides enjoying excellent results, my pupils benefit from a relaxed yet challenging atmosphere, with high commitment being expected of them and this has shown to bring both personal and academic growth, which is always pleasing to see. While I do see it as important to have a good working relationship with my students, their overall success remain paramount.
