Personal Description: I am a young full time teacher and I have been a qualified teacher for the last 5 years.
I enjoy working with young people and I believe everyone has the ability to learn when the teacher is able to motivate and work to the student's strengths.

Tutoring Experience: I have been working as teacher for the past 5 years; with experience in mainstream and
special needs (EBD, MLD, SLD). I have taught all subjects at primary level and various GCSE subjects.
My degree is in Economics and Sociology and so I have a grounding in mathematics and literacy.

Tutoring Approach: I will talk through the young person's and parent's expectations in the first session. We will look at why the young person may have been struggling and see how we can progress so that the young person may feel more content in that subject.

Qualifications:

• Degree - Economics and Sociology
• PGCE - Secondary Citizenship (qualified teacher)
• Moving into Educational Psychology
