Personal Description: I am currently qualifying to be a Primary School Teacher in Southampton and have plenty of teaching experience. I find teaching and tutoring incredibly fulfilling and particularly enjoy the in depth knowledge one is able to build through one to one tutoring. I am happy to teach all subjects to Primary level and all but technology up to Secondary level.

Tutoring Experience: I have lots of experience teaching whole classes of both primary and secondary children and will shortly be qualified as a Primary Teacher. I have tutored two students previously for GCSEs (references available) with lots of success. I ahve also taught Englsih as a foreign language.

Tutoring Approach: I think it is important to build a rapport of honesty and respect with both the student and their parents. I think a friendly, respectful relationship is condusive to learning. I am very flexible about what and how the student and their parents wish to learn and am an able teacher of all ages. I am up front about my own capabilities and like t know exactly what is expected of both myself and the student. Tutoring is the most fulfilling role I have ever had, and I look forward to working with a new student in Southampton.
