Personal Description: Hi I'm Laura Davison, I graduated from Durham University in June 2006 with a degree in Primary Education. Since completing my degree I have worked in a range of schools in the Stockton area.
I see myself as being well organised, caring and hard working and I give one hundred and ten percent to everything that I do.

Tutoring Experience: Before I started my degree I completed some work experience in a range of Primary Schools. During my degree I worked in a range of schools in the Durham area. Since I graduated I have worked in a variety of schools in the Stockton and Darlington area. I am currently working with students who have barriers to learning. For example, low self esteem and confidence, attendance issues and behavioural issues.

Tutoring Approach: My aim is to provide the students with fun and stimulating lessons which will help them to succeed in school. I will make sure that every lesson I teach is planned thoroughly and resources will be provided when needed. My lessons will be positive and reward systems will be in place for hard work and achievements.

Qualifications:

• 10 GCSE's grades A-C, including Maths, English and Science
• 3 A levels grades B,B,C. in Psychology, English Language and RS
• BA/ED (hons) in Primary Education with QTS
