Personal Description: I am a Chinese and I have graduated in University of Hertfordshire. My major is mathematics. My minor is computer science in my final year. According to my outstanding performance in mathematics faculty, I have enough knowledge to deal with different kinds of mathematics problem. I used to attend Chinese national mathematics model competition which was a big challenge to our logical analysis ability and numeracy solution and I got the first prize in Fujian State. When I was in Minjiang University of China, I got first class schorlarship twice and I used to be one of ten students of year in mathematics faculty. I am also excellent at Chinese Mandarin which I talked and used for 22 years and I got the mandarin education certisfication as well.

Tutoring Experience: 1. I used to help a Chinese student of senior high school for his maths in 2007 which resulted in his improvement in his maths exam and he got a score from D to B;
2. I used to be a maths tutor for a Chinese girl for her junior high school for her maths and chemistry which helped her make a large improvement in her final exam in 2008;
3. I used to help a group of primary school final year students for their English and maths which helped them words, grammer, spelling and geometry, algebra respectively in 2005;
4. I am the oldest child in my family and I used to help my 3 younger sisters and 1 younger brother for their study every summer and now two of them are the university students and the rest two are the students of the best junior high school.

Tutoring Approach: Different students needs different kinds of help. First of all, I need to understand what kind of help they need and help them contrapuntally. Some are not good at analysing so I need to guide them to analyse questions in a right way. Some are always careless when doing calculating, I would practise them focus on what they are doing. Secondary, when they overcome the diffeculties in study, the next step is to make them improve in their study. Although practice makes perfect, it is better to practise in different kinds of questions not just repeat in the same question for many times.
