Personal Description: Hi my name is Magali, I am 23 year old and come from Lyon, in France.
I came to Scotland 5 years ago to travel and learn English. I lived in Glasgow at first but then moved to Falkirk with my partner.

I work part-time in retail and do also wedding Photography during the summer as an associate with a local Photographer .

My interests and hobbies include going to the gym, running, shopping and enjoying quality times with friends and familly.

Tutoring Experience: Whilst studying in Glasgow, I worked at the French Alliance of Glasgow for a year and a half on saturday mornings as an French assistant. The classes were for children aged 4 to 7 years old.

I also gave classes in a Nursery for children aged 3 to 5 years old.

Those teaching experiences have shown me how to teach children through logical steps so that they feel confident with the language and have fun too.

Tutoring Approach: For young children under 11 years olds, the method would be using materials such as games, songs, activity books, and story books to give your child a high quality and early learning experience that is fun.
Children will be proud to show their work.
With this approach, the very young will then carry their happy language learning experiences through the rest of their education giving them a start and a positive attitude to other cultures

For kids between 11 to 14 and secondary school who learn french at school already, the tutoring will be based on the methods used at school and which unit needs to be worked on and clarified. I will also cover the basics and go to the tutee's pace to help them build their confidence to speak.

For A-level, my teaching can help before setting up for exams, especially regarding the prononciation. Having a native french tutor can make a huge difference before oral exams. I will help them to develop their communication and linguistic skills.
