Personal Description: I'm a 35 year old Drama graduate who specialises in teaching English in a fresh and interesting way. My lessons are fun, original and effective.

Tutoring Experience: I have been a full-time teacher of English as a Second Language to adults (16 years +) for the past six years. I can teach up to and beyond CPE level, as well as teaching general English for GCSE, A'Level and more. I can teach computer skills, including how to get the best out of a wide range of software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).

Tutoring Approach: I enjoy enabling learners to study using an active and stimulating approach which encourages the development of research skills that build a platform for motivating independent learning. I have written and published four books and over 1,000 worksheets for learning English. I have created and maintain an award-winning website (English Banana) for learners of English which attracts over 1 million hits per month. My teaching qualifications include the Certificate in Education (Further Education)and the Trinity College Cert. TESOL. I look forward to helping you to achieve your learning goal!
