Personal Description: Academic Background : I am currently studying in my second year at Imperial College London reading for my masters Chemical Engineering. My course includes modules such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Process Analysis, Heat Transfer, Mass Transfer and Pure Maths. Many of my modules require applied or pure mathematical ability.
I spend a lot of my time helping to run the Climbing Society and so therefore am used to working well with others.
Tutoring Experience: Have given lots of help to classmates both at school and University and confident in helping others.
Helped at Local Science fairs as a representive from my school helping younger students to enjoy and appreciate Science.
I have a lot of experience working with overseas students as on a daily basis I work with colleagues from all around the world.
Tutoring Approach: Having recently completed the A level system and therefore I am aware of the syllabus and requirements of the course.
I believe both through practice and confidence building anyone with the ambition to do Maths will have no problem.
I recommend 1 hour sessions on a regular basis to review any issues the student has.
