Information About Monika
Personal Description: I am a Learning Development Teacher at New Hall School in Chelmsford. I help students with learning difficulties and teach Mathematics and English. In June I am finishing my Dyslexia Course validated by the University of York.I have my Master's Degree in English and I am doing my PhD in British Literature.
Tutoring Experience: I taught English for 5 years in Poland and last year I started teaching in the UK. I have taught all age groups: children, teenagers and adults. Since September, however, I have been teaching only children and teenagers.
Tutoring Approach: I am cheerful and patient and therefore teaching is my dream job. I believe that learning should be multisensory, students should be taught how to learn and revise to be most efficient. Because I am a learning development teacher, I fully understand the needs of students with learning difficulties and know how to help them to achieve their set targets.
