Tutoring Experience: A qualified teacher and specialist in Bass Guitar tuition; I have spent a number of years teaching music to a wide range of ages and ability. I am looking to get more involved with the wider community and encourage people to get involved with music – whether formal classes, workshops or peripatetic teaching.

Music Theory Lessons also taught around the GCSE syllabus.

Tutoring Approach: Teaching Programmes:
Course content is structured in two ways:
> First around the learner's interests and aspirations.
> Secondly around what the tutor views as essential knowledge for a student to be a competent player.

The lesson direction is normally shaped equally by learner needs and fundamental lesson content. Some students prefer the tutor to steer the lessons to raise their level of playing. This can aide students wishing to pursue further study at the FE or HE level.
Other benefits include: improved technique, raised live performance confidence, or simply provide some fun for players wanting to improve their bass playing by expanding their playing knowledge and technique.
