Personal Description: I am 57 years old married man with grandchildren. I play golf and chess and enjoy hiking.
I am particularly interested in computers and especially online tuition using an interactive whiteboard and video conferencing.

Tutoring Experience: I've been teaching economics and business studies since 1975 at GCSE and GCE 'A' level standards or their equivalent. I taught in nigeria from 1975 to 1980 and in the UK since then. I am currently employed by an independent school near Petersfield Hants.

Tutoring Approach: I strive to challenge my students to develop independent thought by developing their analytical and evaluative skills with a mixture case studies, short exercises, question and answer sessions and discussion.
I can provide an up to date interactive e-text book, on-line quizzes and tests.
I also encourage my students to engage in secure discussion online groups with other students studying the same course.
