Personal Description: I am currently employed in the training and development department of a global company, having moved from a role within pharmaceutical sales earlier this year. I began private tuition in January 2007, and have found it incredibly enjoyable and rewarding. I have been lucky to work with a range of children, from age 13 to 18, from those studying for SATS to those aiming for Oxbridge!

Tutoring Experience: Experience of private tuition at a range of levels from key stage 2 to A-Level, with all GCSE/A-Level students expected to acchieve/exceed their predicted grade.

Tutoring Approach: Available either at your home (travel expenses may apply) or at my home in central Exeter, lessons are focussed around the learner! At our first meeting, we will develop an individual learning plan, setting out your goals and objectives. From this, I can tailor lesson plans and tutoring style around you, making lessons fun, challenging and productive. I also feel feedback is an important part of the process, so you will have assessed and marked work allowing you to measure your progress, and look back before exams to build confidence!

I also provide group sessions if required, which can inject fun and healthy competition, particularly when revising!

I have some experience with children with extra challenges to overcome, including dyslexia, autism and Asperger's Syndrome. For more information, please do contact me!
