Personal Description: I am a thirty nine year old Physics graduate with a PGCE / Physics and ten years teaching experience in both secondary and further education, in the age range 11-18.

Regarding my personal and college development, I completed my MLTB training week in the Beacons, in 1998, and have also been awarded the Basic Expedition Leaders Award (BELA) that is a prerequisite for the running of a Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

I am now a qualified ECB Cricket Coach, completing my NVQ IV award in February 1998.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught abroad and in the UK since 1992, both in a college and secondary environment. I live in Banbury and although not currently teaching, I still work within education with Milton Keynes LA, training headteachers and administrators.

Although not currently teaching in school, I am an Examiner for Edexcel for the GCE A Level Synoptic Physics Paper **Telephone Number Removed** .

This has vastly improved knowledge of my subject area, giving me a closer insight into the examining process and the standards required for an excellent grade.

I have taught Physics to A Level on numerous occasions but would consider GCSE/Key Stage 3 Science and any of the other subjects mentioned, if asked.

Tutoring Approach: Humourous but hard working.
I teach the relevant syllabi, revise weaker areas, practice questions and test papers.
Am willing to drive to tutees houses but am flexible either way.
