Personal Description: I Live in Burnley and can only teach in Burnley, Nelson and some parts of East Lancashire or online. Being a teacher, I realise how important the image of the teacher is to students. And every time I enter the classroom I keep in mind three methodological rules: look, sound and speak like a professional. However, I never draw a clear cut line between myself and my students and convince them that they are my partners, not only students.

Tutoring Experience: Teaching Mathematics for over 7 years at both school and College. I have ensured to raise attainment level of my student at least two National Curriculum levels in one year of teaching. I use my own resources to teach and have worked as a Deputy Head of Maths Department. I am on a board of Leading Mathematics Teachers in Lancashire. Last year, a number of my students achieve excellent grades in Key stage 3 SATS and GCSE.

Tutoring Approach: I teach and make sure that the learning is for life. I teach the subject (Maths) because its my job, and therefore know specifications of this subject. My students can experience my teaching is closely linked to what they do at school, six form or college. Unlike many tutors, I am not a student
