Personal Description: I am a university graduate (BA French and Spanish - first class honours) and a qualified EFL teacher. As part of my degree, I spent a year living in France and Spain, and after graduation I moved to Limoges in France, where I taught English at university level for two years. Consequently, I have an excellent command of the French language, and I also appreciate what it is like to learn languages and to live in a foreign country.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught EFL for over three years and have a huge selection of resources and various course books that I use when teaching. I am currently providing EAL support in primary and secondary schools in my local area, for foreign children who need to learn English to be able to access the curriculum.
I have also been giving private tuition in French and Spanish since September, both for adults wishing to take up a new language and for children needing extra tuition for school.

Tutoring Approach: I believe in tailoring each course to my student's needs and so regularly adapt lessons to suit the student's abilities. I am also open to suggestions, if there was something the student particularly wanted to cover.

Qualifications:

• BA Modern European Languages (French and Spanish) - first class honours
• Cambridge ESOL CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching for adults)
