Personal Description: I am currently doing a degree in music at huddersfield university and can teach trumpet and classical music theory upto grade 5 either in the Huddersfield area or Nearer to Rotherham. I have a very good understanding of science maths and english upto gcse standards and i find fun ways of teaching these to help the student learn. I currently teach GCSE Physics and GCSE Maths privately and feel that i could branch out to more students who may need my help.
My rates do not state a price for English, but I would charge the same rates that I do for Maths. The rates may also change depending on travel costs but this is usually nominal.

Tutoring Experience: I currently tutor in GCSE Physics and GCSE Maths professionally aswell as GCSE R.E, English (language and literature) Biology and Chemistry to teenagers within my own family.
I have previously tutored in music theory aswell as cornet and would thoroughly enjoy doing this again.

Tutoring Approach: I will prefer to tutor from my own house either in Swinton or Huddersfield as i do not have a car making i difficult to travel around, but if it isnt far, I will travel to the students house.

I use various different sources to teach from so that students dont get bored with the same method of teaching as I find a varied approach works better as it is more enjoyable and less repetative. I also aim to improve the students confidence in their own work as i fell that this plays a major part in how well a student performs on a day to day basis.

• music A level grade A nearing the end of second year at Degree level.
• Double science GCSE grade A
• Maths GCSE grade A
